|
|
Pre-register now for the August events! August 29th/30th!
Time: 7:30-8AM (Do not be any later than 8:15 or you won't be able to race)
Location: Deer Park Airfield - Directions are posted below
Price: nwBMWclub/ASNW members pay $20/Day. Non-members are $30/Day
Please PRE-REGISTER at the Axware ORM site: http://www.axwaresystems.com/axorm/calendar_main.php If you need help with registering on Axware ORM please contact me and I can help you get sorted.
By pre-registering this saves everyone time in the morning which means shorter days, more runs and the possibility for fun runs which I know everyone likes.
Please no alcohol on the site (also don't show up drunk and hung over, it's not fun, trust me).
DO NOT speed on Missle Site Road! Very important to stay within the speed limits and keep your cars quiet on this road in the early mornings. Neighbors can be a bit edgy and this could lead to ASNW losing the site.
Directions:
Two easy ways to get there:
- Take Highway 2/Newport Highway into Riverside. Look for the sign that says Deer Park at the light and turn LEFT (Road name I believe is Crawford). Go up about 2 miles and Missle Site road is on your right.
- Take Highway 395 towards Colville and take the main Deer Park exit on your right. Followed that road until you get to Crawford and turn right. Follow that down about 5 miles and turn left onto Missle Site road.
The entrance into the Airfield is on your left at the end of the road. It's a dirt road so drive slowly please and don't do anything stupid on this road.
Other things you might want to bring:
-Lunch/snacks - easier than driving into Deer Park for lunch sometimes
-Warm clothes - you never know with the weather this time of year
-Tools/fluids just incase something happens
-Camera incase you want to snap a few pictures
-Cash for fun runs
-Your own helmet (they have rentals if needed)
-Tape for taping up your car and numbering it
LETS GO RACE! _________________

We will see... I haven't autocrossed nearly as much as you guys this summer. If I make these last 6 events I should have enough events to be in the season. _________________

Jeff and I are planning on coming to this but not sure which day we will make it. I can still register when I get there can't I? If I have to preregister I will have to make a decision but it looks like most likely Sunday at this point. _________________ Girls Go Fast Too!!!!!!

Tracy, pre-register for both days and pay when you get onsite for which ever day you decide to race on. Just makes things easier for everyone. Be sure to put down you're part of our club for your sponsor so you get the discount. Both you and Jeff get the discount. _________________

Tracy, I'm not sure on your mods/wheels/tires setup but if you can run in a Stock Class, it will be BS or B Stock. You should run in the ladies class and go kick some butt. Your local class would be "S2" which I see no one in currently for this weekend if you don't want to run in the ladies class.
Your prepared class is BSP or B Street Prepared which has a local class of "NS1." This puts you in with myself, Dini, Scott and others. Fairly competitive class so you might enjoy it.
The other option is, running in Novice or Street Tire (if you have a treadwear tire over 140). Both of these are good fun classes.
Obviously Jeff is limited to BS or BSP depending on your mods. So if you can post up a full mod list with tire/wheel sizes, we can help you with that. _________________
